2. How do I calculate my bra size?

Stand tall and straight with both feet flat. Take a tape measure to measure 2 important criteria:
The back circumference :
Place the tape measure under your chest, flat, neither too tight nor too loose, this will give you your back circumference in cm, i.e. 85 cm, 90 cm, 95 cm etc...
The cup depth is measured by the circumference of your chest circumference:
Position the tape measure horizontally and flat on your nipples. It should pass under the armpits and over the shoulder blades. The difference between your chest measurement and your back measurement will determine your cup size. If for example your back circumference is 75 cm and your chest circumference is 90 cm, just calculate the difference. 90 - 75 = 15 You are a B cup.
