RETURN PROCEDURE

You have a period of 30 days (14 days during the sales period) following the order of the product to return it. The costs will be your responsibility.

We remind you that: returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be re-sold in new condition, accompanied by the delivery note or the purchase invoice. Damaged, soiled or incomplete Products are not taken back.

The processing time for returns is generally between 8 to 10 working days.

Please note that not all countries are eligible for automatic return label generation.

If our interface does not generate a return label for your order, this means that your country is not eligible for this service. In this case, you will need to return the product by your own means using a carrier of your choice.
